Basic First Aid and CPR

The Basic First Aid and CPR Course teaches participants the basic knowledge and the practical skills necessary to assist someone prior to the arrival of Advanced medical personnel and provide care during medical emergencies. This course will train participants in basic life saving techniques such as CPR, controlling bleeding, managing wounds, and caring for patients suffering from choking, burns, fractures, shock and emotional trauma.
This course is based on the international standards for basic emergency care, the American Heart Association and OSHA standards, which will provide the participants the knowledge to confidently and competently provide care.
